None of the big place do. Try the smaller ones like O'Sheas, Csino Royale and Slots O Fun. I believe they have $5 minimum table games and even lower on weekdays.

I seriously doubt theres more good plays in CT than in Vegas. The Strip I can see, but not Vegas. And downtown aint even that good when you get past the mythology of it all, and most particularly not when compared against, as you know, the locals joints.
